Rundell Round up. Rundell class have been busy this week with a conjunction scavenger hunt, more of our class book She wolf, a No Outsiders task using all the colours of the rainbow working together and being Saxon Spies to find out about Viking longships that have arrived on our shore including interviewing Sven the boatbuilder. Phew! Just as well it is the weekend!
We are very proud to share with you all our Stars of the Week this week following our assembly this morning. This morning our learners head speeches from the children who would like to be house captains for this academic year. We will share who they will be soon. Assemblies this term will be Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Rundell Class have had a busy afternoon preparing for our Viking Voyage to Britain. Small teams created a range of products which the village elders decided their value and trading level. The merchant offered parts of Viking coins for products and there was lots of trading at the market to ensure our storage chests were full and we were ready to set off! Sadly we lost one boat on the journey but the rest of us arrived in Britain to start our new Viking life. Lots of fun and huge amounts of team work.
